IWYZE IS A **** 😡 😡 😡 😡
m in insured with Iwyze policy car insurance with the asset description 2014 U VOLKSWAGEN TOUAREG 3.0 V6 TDI TIP BLUE MOTION is still under finance with MFC DVISION OF NEDBANK. On the 28th of November 2020 Saturday at about 23h45 pm was involved at accident at near Pongola Kwazulu Natal and I called road assistance to come and take the car they sent towing to picked up my car on the 29th of November 2020 Sunday at about 6h51 am, They took my car to Marvic panel beaters in Richardsbay. On the 12 February 2021 Friday at about 9h01 am received sms from Marvic panel beaters confirming the approval and delivery of my car and we started communicating with phone calls, sms and whatsapps with Marvic panel beaters regarding developments at my car and communications with new developments. Updates started on the 9th of March 2021 Tuesday AT 11h25 am, 11th of May 2021 Tuesday got whattsapps from Bridgete Marvic panel beater employee. On the 28th of June 2021 Monday go to Marvic panel beater to collect my car as I got a call from Shanton to come and collect my car when I arrived there a lots of thing were ****** from car I was unhappy, First they told me that the battery is finished while it was still new, They said a level control pump is damaged while it was ******, My car was worse than the day the towing took my car, So I logded a complain to my insurance about all damages and delays at Marvic panel beater, Their response was to take the car back to panel beater, I took the car to panel beater I wrote severals email with no response form Iwyze insurer, I requested a courtesy car because I don’t have a car to go to work only response I got they are still investigating, The car is still under finance im paying instalments without a car for 9 months and the disc has expired 0n 2021/07/31 Saturday the car is at Marvic panel beater, The Iwyze insurer is debiting premiums but they know that the problem is not resolved, Im up to date im not owing any premium but im treated like im owing ot it because im black race, Im unhappy right now please help me solve this problem and get my car back, Iwyze is not doing enough to help me with my claim and don’t care about me only cares about my money. insurance failure to complete my car through Marvic panel beater
of Richardsbay 0n the 26 August 2021 Thursday, They responded
today but im not happy with respond I received from Ntombifuthi
Sumbana a team manager of Iwyze team sending me an affidavit of
cash agreement of R5697,43 to go fix my car somewhere else, If I
sign that agreement it means if any damages that will take place
Iwyze will no long responsible for that to me it an insult and not
taking me seriously as their client that, I have been paying my
premiums since I joined Iwyze even when I don’t have my car for
the period of 9 months the car is with panel beater from 29
November 2020 Sunday till to date without any help of courtesy car
I have struggle for 9 months using several public transport to work,
My car was striped I lay a complain to Iwyze to do an investigation
with the panel beater since to date I never get feedback or report
about what happened to my car as the level control pump was
striped or ****** at the panel beater in order for them to log for
additional cost, The car is in good condition to be drivable properly
the car is bumpie and dangerously, The panel beater gave me the
car on July while they knew exactly the car is incomplete and can
cost my life, both panel beater and Iwyze failed me dismal right now
the car is under finance im paying my instalment from December
2020 till to date but the car is not with me, Iwyze rejected a Level
control pump that was log in by panel beater without any
explaination of rejection, according to my knowledge Iwyze towed
my car to fixed at Marvic as their co-worker so suprisely the job
that was done by panel beater is not complete, I thought the level
control pump was part of accident if im wrong the Iwyze should
provide with a report that will prove this was not accident related if
so it means Marvic panel beater is reliable for the damage of level
control pump so I want Iwyze to do a justice by forcing panel beater
to fix my car the way it was the day my car was towed from me
