IWYZE IS A ****.

ACTUALLY IWYZE IS THE WORST INSURANCE COMPANY. The consultants haven't been helpful in any kind of way. I've been on hold now AGAIN for over 30 minutes, after struggling to get my claim even acknowledged or get a claim number, they never call back, they never provide feedback unless hounded which is having to hold for a lifetime on the phone. I have now asked for my car back as is, not fixed, because the excess amount has changed twice, first it was an error now it's not an error so I declined it, they promised to send me release forms to get my car, Needless to say, I'm now outside the 3rd party still waiting for these release form s. Even the 3rd party is complaining about iWyze, they are just a ****. This hell is over a flat tyre,I can't imagine how worse my life would be if the incident was more serious. Save yourself and avoid Iwyze
