Iwyze is a insurance **** company

This insurance company is a ****,I’ve been paying my premiums religiously for more than 4 years, I put through my first claim 2 months ago for a pipe leak under the outside flooring, My water bill is over 8 thousand because of this leak.

They sent out a contractor to come and assess and never returned, I visited the Old Mutual branch multiple time and they put me on the phone with Iwyze who keep telling me the problem has been resolved where as my water is still off (going month 3 now) and water bill just keep rising.

This is totally unacceptable and inhumane what they are doing as they claim to be an insurer,they do not care and the customer service help line is even worse as they not concern themselves with the complaint or any policies.
