I didn't think that Iwyze being such a massive company and well known for its credibility and good service would take advantage of my ignorance as a consumer. As consumers we are sidelined and distracted by a lot of things, things sometimes tend to slip our minds, at no point was I reminded to submit my inspection and told of the repercussions of not submitting it, Yet they were debiting my account every month. When I raised a claim it was the first thing they raised and they were so quick to say we will refund you all you premiums in this which is a easy way out for them.
