Iwyze is a **** ,dont take life cover with them

Its now approaching a year since my mom passed on and she had a life cover with Iwyze .They have been trying to find ways to not pay the claim and now when they cant they ignore emails and calls .I went to the extent of visiting an old mutual branch with no luck
