Iwyze is a doji insurance

I got an accident on R521 road on my way to Bochum from Pretoria. It was on the 04/03/2018 at around 16:30 pm.As I was driving on a 120 km I saw potholes on the drive way and I swerved to the right lane as fast as possible to avoid hitting the potholes because they were huge.Unfortunately there was another vehicle coming on that lane and I decided to pull to off road to avoid head on collision with the vehicle because I didn't have time to get back to my lane.Off road I lost control of the vehicle and it hit a wooden pole along side the road and I managed to pull back to the road but I couldn't control it,instead it hit another pole and a fence on the other side of the road and it came to a complete stop.I was with my girlfriend and luckily we came out safe. I registered a claim with iwyze on the 05/03/2018 and they assigned an assessor(Joe Masilela) to investigate my case. The assessor gave me a phone call on the 19/03/2018 to ask me few questions and he told me my vehicle was written off and insurance will need to confirm the speed I was driving at before they can approve my claim.I told him I was driving at a speed of between 90 - 100 km/h.He asked if I had a tracker and I told him it's a retrieve tracker. So they were unable to confirm the speed,he told me he was going to request the speed from BMW technician and it might take 3 days.On the 22/03/18 we went to the accident scene,on our way he commented that the condition of the road is bad.At the scene he took pictures and said he was going to send them to accident reconstruction specialist.I called him on the 24/03/18 to check the progress, the reply I got was that those people said they couldn't make a decision based on the pictures alone because if I take the company to court they wouldn't have enough evidence to defend themselves so they would need to visit the scene to make calculations.I asked myself a lot of questions and i had a feeling they were not going to pay the claim.why would I take them to court if they were going to pay the claim? I thought as much that they had concluded from the pictures that I was speeding because one of the pole was broken.Mr Masilela confirmed that the guys went to the scene to make measurements on the 03/04/2018. The report came back after 2 weeks. He texted me on the 13/04/ to tell me the report findings and that iwyze has rejected the claim because the report said I was driving at a speed of between 175 - 195 km/H and there was no speed limit sign and he did not observe any irregularities that could have resulted in the accident. Therefore a speed limit of 100 km will apply.I think it was their way out to avoid paying the claim because the retail value was very high.Their report lack credibility as it has irregularities,i asked myself why they ignored the 120 speed limit sign that was 5 km away from the accident scene and **** that the condition of the road was not bad.Now everyone can tell that they had fabricated the figures of speed so that it works in their favour.Iwyze doesn't care about their clients, I regret the day I picked up my fone and call them to take a policy.I wouldn't advise anyone to take out a policy with them,I have been with them since 2016 and I never claimed.Iam at the moment looking out for the best accident reconstruction specialist to visit the scene to make his own assessment. My case was unfairly treated,my claim was rejected because of estimated speed and I know I did not exceed the speed limit. If it turns out their report lacks credibility Iam going to sue them.
