IWYZE is a ****!

If it was possible, I’d give them ZERO stars. My mother was in a car accident on the 3rd of July 2024 ,which has left her wheelchair bound. Almost 2 months later and with constant following up on our side, we’ve not received any concrete feedback from iWyze. Whenever we try to reach the claims handler,Siyethemba Hlophe, telephonically, its either he is utterly rude to my mother or completely unavailable. With each and every email sent , he is always waiting for something from someone. It’s been such an unpleasant experience. They’re still debiting her account every month since July, and worst of all, they’ve had the audacity to increase her premiums 😭 Dealing with iwyze has been such a tormenting experience and I wouldn’t recommend it to anybody. Their service has been utterly appalling. At first they said they would wait for her to coma when she was hospitalised , so they can take her statement down. That happened and they said they assess the car and give feedback. They then came back and said the police said the car had a “mechanical fault”. I’m puzzled as to how the police could possibly know that by just looking at the car with their lay-eyes. They then started asking about the vehicle’s service history and even went as far as visiting my mom’s usual service centre to verify god-knows-what. They came back and said they’re running further diagnostics to determine this mechanical fault. For me , this seems like they’re just coming up with every excuse under the sun in order to avoid paying out this claim. They’re ****** and their conduct must be brought to light!
