iwyze is a ****

My husband's car got ****** he reported to iWyze and they only responded to him after a month saying they can't pay for his ****** car because the tracker was not active which is its not his fault because the tracker was removed by the ********s, he has been paying for the tracker and it was only removed by the ********s, so how was he going to control that?????
