Iwyze is a ****

I am disgusted by how Iwyze is treating me, my car was bumped 2 weeks ago. I contacted Iwyze to start with my claim. I sent them everything thy need from my side in order for them to proceed with my claim. I was informed by Iwyze that my claim was approved and thy will call me soon to tell me where to take my car. Till this day no 1 contacted me. When I called them this morning they said they don't see any claim from their side. I am so disappointed I honestly don't know what to do now
