Iwyze insurrance ****

My experience with Iwyze Insurance has been nothing short of shocking and deeply concerning.

My vehicle was not involved in an accident and was fully drivable. ******* stole my headlights and front bumper only. Despite this, Iwyze claimed my vehicle was a “write-off.”

I was charged R60,000 just for access/storage, and then informed—without any transparency—that repairs would allegedly cost R180,000, which they used to justify writing off the car. This made absolutely no sense, as the actual repair cost is under R50,000.

When I formally requested the repair quotation or assessment report they re**** on to reach this decision, Iwyze refused to provide it.

Instead, they began pressuring me to hand over my logbook and paid-up letter, insisting they needed these documents to auction my vehicle. They also repeatedly pushed me to bring the car to them, clearly to proceed with the auction—despite my objections and despite the car being brand new and fully functional apart from the ****** parts.

At no point was I given a transparent breakdown, independent assessment, or a fair opportunity to repair my vehicle. The entire process felt coercive, opaque, and *********.

I strongly caution anyone considering Iwyze Insurance to question their practices, demand full documentation, and be extremely vigilant when dealing with claims. This experience has severely damaged my trust in their integrity and professionalism.
