Iwyze insurance very bad and poor service

I was in an accident this year August, I called Old Mutual lwyze, they fetched the car, then I spoke to the person who handling my case, he sent me a consent letter to sign and asked me to email it back to him, so I did, he told he will get back to me, three to four weeks passed no feedback, I called them again, I was told my case will be handle by someone else, I must wait for her call, I waited, for almost 4 days no call, so I called them again, so the lady who is supposed to call me, said she will call me back, she goes by the name of Hlengiwe, she told me that she will handle my claim, so she also sent me consent letter to sign, so I did and sent it to her, in that consent letter I was giving them a right to gather any information they want, from the SAPS, cellphone network, Tracker, any where, I gave them some of the documents they requested, weeks past with no feedback back, I called her, she told me there are documents that I'm supposed to send, I asked why didn't she call me to tell me, but she made it my fault, so I got all the documents she wanted, mind you I'm the one who always call to ask for feedback, she always says she will contact me back, she doesn't, I had to post on Facebook for her to call me, she always comes with stories, Old mutual Iwyze is a very bad insurance company, I'm still waiting for their validation till now,they still deducting their premium every month, they even blocked me on their Facebook page because I'm warning people about them , If anyone looking for insurance, they should not take IWYZE. You will regret it.
