My experience with iWyze is very VERY disappointing! MY HOUSE WITH ALL THE CONTENTS AND EVERYTHING WE OWN BURNED DOWN ON 15 JUNE 2023. After going backwards and forwards, talking to many peopel, I still dont have any answers or compensation what so ever. 1. They never brought their own Forensic and investigation team to investigate the cause of House on fire in my house.

2. Instead they solely conducted copy and paste from my house property insurance's fire report (MOMENTUM insurance)

3. I think Iwyze insurance was supposed to get their own assessment investigation and Forensic services as what they did by conducting copy and paste is invalid & unconstitutional and its a total contradiction in terms of law

4. Different insurance company utilizing same Service provider or Forensic and investigation services company for their clients is a total ********ly and unconstitutional

5. They are different companies, so they must utilized different service providers, instead Iwyze insurance went to my house or property insurance company which is MOMENTUM insurance asked their findings and recommendations, and Iwyze due to I'm a black person, they just conducted copy and paste from my property insurances findings

6.Iwyze Insurance, they should have conducted their own assessment investigation by appointing their own assessor with different to the one of my property insurance company ( MOMENTUM Insurance) , it was gonna be a fair process & due process.
