I do not have good words comparable to my first time insurance claim experience expression for the customer service received from Zaina Mafuyeke. We heard bad comments about vehicle insurances which discourage people to have a car insurance. After two unsuccessful calls to log in my claim, Zaina received my third call and bear the failure of my first two calls with a very humble apology. During the claim process, I am humbled by her emotional and encouragement word of support she gave me during my sleepless nights. She was indeed a God sent Angel (Exodus 33:2) and believe she is a great asset to iWYZE.
