IWYZE INSURANCE THE WORST ******* INSURER EVER

When I joined telephonically Iwyze I requested that they send me a policy schedule with details of the inspection address as the telephone network was poor and did not have anything to write with. Logged a claim in June the consultant told me I had to pay double the access since the vehicle was not taken for inspection, of I agreed. Three months later when I was doing a follow-up, I was told there was no record of any claim on their system. I requested the inspection address via email since I had to take the second vehicle that is also insured with the insurer. I took the second vehicle six months after the commencing of the cover. it should be borne in mind that I was deployed in area where the was no network or internet facilities. The insurer rejected the claim for inspection reason and the Ombudsman for Short term insurance which took the insurer's side. How can an insurer continue to debit a client's account knowing very well that the policy schedule has not been sent. In my 12 years comprehensive insurance and had never an experience worst than this.
