Iwyze insurance terrible service

i was involved in a car accident on the 20th April 2018 driving Nissan Qashwai 2007 model.I collided with 3 ***s just after passing Nyl Plaza toll gate in Limpopo.we were 5 in the car and we manage to survive the car crash with minor injuries.I immediately contacted the insurance informing them about the tragedy and they sent a towing car to assist in that regard.The car was then taken to the panel beater in Limpopo who wrote the car off.The iwyze insurance refused to cover for the car and i had to pay the money to release the car because they were charging its stay.I took the iwyze insurance in 2016 and i was paying consistently monthly premium of R698 .This was the first accident that i was involved in and i am frustrated and regretting ever taken that insurance.
