Iwyze insurance is the worst

I now have 0 trust when it comes to iwyze. I have submitted my first claim with them after a year or so with them after encountering an unforseen event.

I have not received any response regarding my claim and to top it off the turnaround time had even lapsed. I have requested call backs using their app and have sent emails requesting feedback regarding my claim and yet no one has bothered to call me and get my car fixed. This is absolutely appalling service and bad customer experience 😡

My claim has been under validation for weeks now and whenever I call to ask I am being sent pillar to post and advised I'll be called and yet nothing.

Is this how iwyze treats all their clients? I am definitely never recommending iwyze insurance to anyone. At this rate I'd rather get myself insured with a company that cares and puts their clients first.
