Iwyze insurance is a total *******

This company is a joke! They need to train their representatives to actually understand insurance.

So iwyze did a quote for me and said if they can't beat it they will pay out R1750.

Unfortunately, the didnt beat it. I sent through all documents required and I get a *********** representative calling to say "unfortunately we can't pay you because you have excess waiver and we don't have that option" what a joke to the insurance profession.

Anyone in the industry would know that selecting an excess waiver makes your premium a little more expensive (excluding pensioners) aka "excess buy in" without the excess waiver my premium would be way cheaper.

I cannot believe that this is the knowledge of their reps and the reason they chose to not honor their word.

What an absolute joke.
