Iwyze insurance is a ****

My issue of my claim has never been resolved the Siphephelo Ndaba guy that works there is unprofessional he never does follow up or to inform me of information regarding my claim. They offered me a payout which I declined because Siphephelo clearly said that if I have issues after the pay out its going to be none of their business. I have called again today to do a follow up after they request my pictures and quotation for the 10th time and they have the nerve to tell me that the dent underneath my car has nothing to do with the issue I have of the clicking sound in my steering wheel I mean honestly the damn dent is there cause of the pothole which messed up my steering wheel even that updat I got it cause I called not them. I am highly frustrated 😠 upset 😡 😤 never in my life have I ever experienced such bad service especially on car insurance... iwyze is not the right insurance. I want them to fix this and they busy coming up with every excuse in the book to not fix my car. Month end they will be taking their R910 God forbid 🚫 it bounces I won't be covered and they will have another excuse as to why they not fixing my car..
