SJ Malembe Am so disappointed with my car insurance which is iwyze(old mutual) Case number ***, cell number is ***

I had an accident last year Dec 15 KZN,I lay my claim but until today i don't know what's happening with my claim,the person who's handling my case is lazy and full of lies,no feedback ,updates nothing,he's name is Chad,am pleading with you guys please don't take iWyze insurance services, when they advertise is all true and perfect but when is time to deliver,is ZERO,and their the 1st people to debit on my account,but services is nil,Chad even beg me to cancel my claim,I hate this iWyze nonsense services,it's been 2 months but no updates,not paying nothing
