Iwyze Insurance Extreme Poor Customer Service

The level of service that i got from iwyze insurance particularly the reporting manager Matsidiso Mpini is extremely unprofessional and lack of customer care. I have claimed on a policy that i have with them but i'm very disappoint looking at the relationship that i have build with old mutual ever since i've started working. You call to follow up and no one knows what's happening with your claim when asking to talk to the manager they tell you that he/she is in a meeting, when you ask them to return your call to tell you the progress of you request no one ever comes back to you. I have decided to name and shame the poor customer service that i have encountered while trying to make a claim with Iwyze insurance company. This clearly shows that should something happen to me beneficiaries of my policy will never get any form of help because it seems as if no one know what they are doing there. This clearly shows that one should never trust this insurance crocks
