iWYZE insurance DO NOT INSURE WITH THEM !!!!!!! RED FLAG
iWYZE disregarding and trying to de***** a client by not paying out claim and also not wanting to pay release fee by the storage facility by the repairer. I was contacted by a client seeking help that the company iWYZE is refusing to pay for the claim. Reason being that the claim is not being paid is that they did not receive the inspection certificate from the date of inception. The old lady states that she did do the inspection as per request by iWYZE on the iWYZE APP, and that everything she did went through. After all this was done, they decided to cancel her insurance policy and offered to pay back some of her premiums. After this was done, she did not have access to the app to prove that she did do the inspection. This is so *****ulent to cancel a client on these bases as well as the poor communication towards the client, after such a long period of time to inform them of the so-called investigation "The inspection" whether it was done or not. This took them more than 30 days to revert back with a bill of more than R10K for storage. As per our investigation we found out that one of the investigators at iWYZE Riaan Potgieter was willing to see the case through and He admitted to speaking to the salvage department to pay the release fee to Renew-it. The reason for this was because the lady was told that the car was held by the insurer for more than 30 days for investigation on the claim, although they say that the car did not go for inspection as per their report. The car till now has undergone salvage charges of which the client cannot afford to pay. iWYZE there is many stories like this, and many clients are having complaints. We need to get a class action lawsuit against this company and remove it from the list of reliable insurances in our country. Old mutual needs to explain how a company with such low values could be on their list of associates. very disappointing.
