IWYZE INSURANCE CLAIM

My daughter was in a motor vehicle accident on the 25/10/2023. Even though I registered her as the driver of the vehicle IWYZE informed me that I did not. I insisted on the tape recording when information was given to the sales department. Only to be informed on the 03/11/2023 that I was correct and she was registered as the driver of the vehicle. I did not then know that what was about to happen..... If I did IWYZE would have never with their sale tricks recruited me as a client. Take note of the following and be warned: 1. I was informed the same day after I followed up on the claim by Frikkie Pieterse that the car is a write off. 2. I then informed them that I dont agree as the appointed panel beater clearly in his report stated that the car is repairable. 3. I requested IWYZE that we get another panel beaters opinion as the car bumper in front and radiator are damaged. 4. Phumla from IWYZE said that it wont help as they have price schedules they work according to, so another panel beater quote will be the same. 5. I have obtained a quote that was half of the quotation submitted to IWYZE and I shared this with them. 6. Frikkie and Phumla from IWYZE informed me on Friday the 4/11/2023 that they are still busy reviewing my claim as I insisted that the car not be written off as it is not a code 4 damaged car. 7. Today the 06/11/2023 I had no feedback from the insurance.... Thinking that as they are still reviewing the claim I will follow up tomorrow the 07/11/2023. 8. I contacted the panel beater after 17h00 that I am still waiting to hear from IWYZE regarding the claim TAKE NOTE OF THE FOLLOWING AFTER I WAS INFORMED ON FRIDAY THAT THERE IS NO FEEDBACK YET REGARDING MY CLAIM. 9. IWYZE WITHOUT NOTIFYING ME COLLECTED THE VEHICLE THAT IS FINANCED AND I AM THE OWNER AS I AM PAYING THE INSTALMENTS FROM THE PANEL BEATERS. 10. I DON'T KNOW WHERE THE VEHICLE IS AT THE MOMENT. 11. THEY HAVE NOT EVEN THEN TRIED TO FOLLOW THE ROUTE OF SAVE THE CAR. 12. IN THE ASSESSOR'S REPORT THEIR WAS NO MENTION OF SALVAGE VALUE!!!!!!! 12. CLEARLY AS THIS VEHICLE ONLY HAD ABOUT 23000 KM ON THE CLOCK AND WELL LOOKED AFTER IT IS BETTER TO WRITE IT OFF AND SELL IT ON AUCTION WITHOUT MY KNOWLEDGE AS I DON'T KNOW WHERE MY PROPERTY IS AT THE MOMENT!!!!! 13. AS THE OWNER OF THE VEHICLE APPARENTLY I HAVE NO RIGHTS. 14. THIS IS A FUEL SAVER AND IWYZE IS CLEARLY NOT ACTING IN THE INTEREST OF THE CLIENT BUT WHAT WILL BE A MONEY SAVER FOR THEM. 15. DID THEY GIVE AN OPTION THEN TO RATHER CANCEL THE CLAIM.... NO BECAUSE THERE IS NO COMMUNICATION FROM CLAIMS DEPARTMENT AS I AM STILL AWAITING THE "FEEDBACK" ON THE CLAIM!!!! 16. I AM NOT GOING TO JUST LET THIS BE, I WILL GET IN CONTACT WITH MY LAYWER/ OMBUDSMAN!!!! 17. MY EXPERIENCE THINK TWICE ABOUT JOINING IWYZE BECAUSE THEY DON'T ACT IN THE INTEREST OF THE CLIENT.... NOT IN MY CASE WITHOUT ANY COMMUNICATION AND I REPEAT: 18. THE SAME DAY THEY INFORMED ME THAT THEY CANNOT GET FEEDBACK ON THE CLAIM IS THE SAME DAY THEY REMOVED THE VEHICLE FROM THE PANEL BEATERS WITHOUT MY KNOWLEDGE OR INFORMING ME
