Iwyze insurance claim

I had an accident pin the 06 pof March 2022 and they keep calling making telephonic interviews after they have asked for banking, cellphone and tracker access. Today the 13 if April Mr Duncan said they following day they are finiising the claim but the said they will email the rejection letter which means he knows that they want to reject. He still says they are waiting for hospital report. Can ypiu please help me, I am now starting to worry because they are twisting words.
