Iwyze insurance claim

Lodge a claim on the 28th of august and it took them 42 days to come with the outcome. They rejected my claim because I was not at the scene when the towing truck came, I was on the way to the clinic so basically I was supposed to wait for the tow truck when I was not okey. Secondly I am lying if I say someone was trying to hijack me because they can’t see a car following me or in front of me but at the same time when I had an accident they believe I was overtaking another vehicle which is not making sense since they themselves said I was alone on the road. I don’t even want to talk about communication, that is just not on their vocabulary. If you don’t phone them for feedback nobody is going to phone you. Promises made are never delivered. POPIA is not important according to them because they phoned people on my phone list without requesting consent… I am very disappointed in them and I would never recommend them.
