I was involved in the car accident and I am a single witness who was trying to avoid someone swerving to my lane and their finding they said that I was gross negligence and speeding and was I suppose to kill the next person who wanted to collide to me ? I saved my life and the other drive. IWYZE accident report that was sent to me .

Vin number is incorrect as well as date of the accident is incorrect BUT their speed report is surely fabricated because all that information does not belong to me
