Iwyze Insurance additional excess

I have been with the Iwyze insurance for more than 7 years , on the one occasion I get into an accident with a pole that dented my car , they make me pay excess as agreed plus an additional amount of R 5 850 (not previously agreed with) because there was no other car involved . That is day light ******* in my opinion, Iwyze is such a disappointment and a bad insurance company . Don’t think that being loyal to this insurance company , they will do anything to rip you off .
