After filling for a claim on the 14th of December 2022 for a cracked windshield, Every time I follow it's either I'm number 45 on queue and end up running out of airtime or there's a promise that it'll be sorted out soon. as I write this review I am not joyful at all. I found myself explaining this to a police officer today (03/01/2023) as he was about to issue a fine.
