IWYZE incompetence

I have never had to deal with an insurance company as bad as iwyze ever since my vehicle accident on the 4th/04/2023 where my car was badly damaged until today 3rd of may 2023 I have not had any form of tangible assistance or update regarding the claim which I logged on the 5th which they allegedly gave me a “wrong” claim number which after a week only the. Then issued me a claim which was supposedly the right one I’ve had to call them myself everytime I needed an update on the claim only to be informed they are still “investigating” everytime I call…i wont even mention the times I’ve had to hold over 20min for assistance…a month later my car is still on the drive way and no update as to what’s the next step from them as they even refuse to give me a courtesy car I’ve had it with this company
