iwyze incompetence

iwyze ripped me off, I bought my first car with my savings which was a used vehicle and I got the vehicle insured with iwyze I later was involved in an accident, I called iwyze from the accident seen they towed my vehicle to storage and they later discovered that my vehicle was a built-up code 3 something that I heard for the first time because it is my first vehicle. iwyze then rejected my claim and I had to pay for the storage of my vehicle as well as the towing of the vehicle to my house, whilst busy hooking my vehicle on the tow truck I discovered that my car battery, side mirrors, toolbag from the boot and spare wheel were all missing from my vehicle, im still currently seeking assistance from anyone that can assist to get my money back from iwyze.
