iWyze I don't recommend

iWyze I don't recommend. I have had to call every second day to follow up on my query for 2 weeks. Was wrongly activated activated vehicle cover for a vehicle I don't posses. Probably used most the premium on airtime. However today I spoke with the most efficient person in the two weeks, called Lucky from retention. Iwyse only wanted to refund me half, but today Lucky investigated further and arranged my full refund to be authorised rightfully accordingly to the amount debited. Grateful for his efficient service. If only iwyse could call the members following the query and call the members when they post on hellopeter. Thank you Lucky, I'm glad this nightmare is finally sorted.
