iWyze House Hold Insurance - Worse experience ever!!

I submitted a claim on 12 December with iWyze House hold insurance. Their assessor collected collected my items on the 15th December 2020. A month passed without any feedback from iWyze. I then decided to send follow up emails daily to which they still never rep****. After more than two months of emails and phone calls they finally responded saying my claim was approved for R10,000 for items that is worth more than R23,000. I then asked them why can't they use the R10,000 to just fix our items but they refused. They wanted to take my items in exchange for a lousy R10,000 which is totally ridiculous! I have been paying them every month on time and this is my very first claim. This is a total *******!!
