iWYZE have been good for me over the years, however I feel they should make it a norm to conduct annual reviews on their short term insurance accounts. We constantly get calls from different insurance companies with good options and we are tempted to move to other insurers based on their products. I requested a callback with hope of reviewing my account, unfortunately that did not happen. I called in again for cancelation of cover and my interaction with Consultant Keletso Motahane was excellent and he was very professional and transparent on the advices shared.
