iWYZE has terrible claims service.
iWYZE has terrible claims service. I have asked my phone back as it from iWYZE with no response from them. If i knew this was how the service was gonna be like I would have kept my phone as it is. I have claimed for my phone(cracked screen) to be fixed using my home contents cover. I have been told by the service provider that it takes 1 hour to fix a screen, it has now taken iWYZE close to 2 weeks of frustrating follow ups and no access to my phone.
