Iwyze has not kept the promise of repaying my mother,my late father’s premiums.

My father took out an a Life Policy with Iwyze Old Mutual And unfortunately he passed away in June this year. We didn’t receive the funeral pay out and months later we didnt even receive the life cover that was suppose to pay out and they gave their reasons. However they did say they will pay out the premiums my dad had paid. Its been more than three weeks and my mother has not received a cent. Keep in mind my mom is a housewife and now a widow. Every cent she needs to receive.... she needs.
