iWYZE hanged up on me

I called iWyze on 11/01/2021 following their email that my insurance premium will be going up. I spoke to a guy called Lebogang who said that they would decrease the premium, however, he needed approval from "somewhere" before he could proceed. He said he would hang up and call me back in 15 minutes to conclude the decrease. I have been waiting since yesterday with no callback or any communication.
