iWYZE going to rob you

My home was burglarized yesterday 23/12/2018. Today 24/12/2018 called iwyze to log in claim and Alina asked me for receipts of items I bought more than 10years ago. If the asked me or even informed me that I needed receipts to log in a claim before them issuing me home insurance would have understood. The service is bad and Alina was so impatient you could swear that the money claimed would half her bonus cheque. Iwyze deducted my hard earned cash on a monthly basis with ease and now I have to claim, they have terms and conditions. That is ********** because it states that it covers everything in the home .... well if you have receipts for everything in the home. Locks and key forget about it. I want all my premiums back I can’t pay for nothing
