iWyze Gap cover, terrible service, no worth using them ever!

Terrible service received from Iwyze Gap Cover. My wife logged claims with them on the 03/11/2021 after my boys had a produce done. It took them ages to tell is they are struggling to capture our claims as they had a IT system issue and not allowing them to load the claims. Today we see in the portal all our claims have been rejected. No reason to why. Been trying to get feedback for the last couple weeks, no one comes back to us. Tried to call them today, after spending a hour on the call as the first in line caller and no one answers. Stockily terrible service that you even get trough to someone to speak to!
