Iwyze Gap cover is *******.

I wish I could give a zero if not less. Iwyse has failed me horribly. I was told today that they only cover up to 100% of medical aid rate as opposed to the 300% to 500%. I sent a claim in or around R27000 only to be told they will be paying R8000.

Intially they told me that my medical aid made an error paying the claim, as the hospital was not on their list of network hospitals. It is a network hospital. So according to the person I spoke to because It was a network hospital they only pay 100% had it not been they would pay 500%. However if it was a none networks hospital my medical aid would have paid nothing and neither would iwyze. So they win either way.

So thay just keep taking money and basically lying about their service. This is the second time that medicak aid and gap cover seem to working with each other to ***** over the regualr customer.
