Excellent service by Flippie Pieterse and his team at Iwyze GAP. Particular mention needs to go to Bongiwe Mtshali. She managed my claim well within my expected timeline. She made the effort to telephonically contact me to explain my settlement amounts. When I disputed the amounts, she contacted my medical aid to confirm my plan option while I was still on the line. My dispute was rectified the same day and again she contacted me to confirm the settlement values. I received email confirmation of our discussion the following day. Great service guys, keep it up.
