IWyze first approved my household contents insurance but when I had to claim for such they told me that they were not suppose to approve it in the first place. But all my household premiums were refunded back to me, which is one of the reasons it did not get a 1 star rating. Atleast they acknowledged their error and remedied it. There was also an unauthorised debit order of R14 that they cannot account for. However, the consultant that was assisting me (on 17 Aug 2023)was very helpful and was willing to get me refunded for any bank charges incurred.
