Iwyze failing to share recording proving the terms and conditions was omitted purposeful when I signed up for the car insurance

These guys keep debiting my account though I cancelled the car insurance with them. Their salesperson failed to disclose the contract terms and conditions as a proof I asked them for the recording to verify that the contract terms and conditions were not brought to my attention when I took out the insurance seeing this was going to work against them, they never shared the recording. It's been over a year now and they keep on trying to debit my account.
