Iwyze failed to payback refund of cancelled insurance.

I have called the insurance i didnt except, they called me amd said they will pay me back, yet a second paymeny has actually gone down and stil no payment was made back. So they owe me R2440 already. Pathetic i need to add quick to take ypur money, but aupet alow to pay it back even after i have send them the required proof.
