iWyze failed me

I had an accident on the 12th of May 2022 and lodged a claim on the following day but up to now, I have not received any feedback on whether the claim is authorized or not. I have made two complaints at iWyze via email but have not received any response.

I spoke to Lizel on the phone and she provided me with an email of Hlengiwe Nhlengetwa who is supposed to be handling the claim. This happened last week on the 19th of May and that was the last time I heard from them.
