Iwyze emergency services flooded my house!

Called Iwyze for a leak in our wall. They came out and assesed it. Confirmed our leak and the plumbers said now they need confirmation from iwyze for it to be fixed. We've been waiting for an entire week for iwyze to confirm our claim. THIS BEING THEIR EMERGENCY DEPARTMENT. I got up now to a flood in our hall way and a massive crack in our wall which was leaking. Seriously terrible service!
