Iwyze ducking and diving to pay ?!!!!

Absurd is all I can say!!!! So angry ? worst service I have ever experienced ever from any company . See pic below ! Who keeps slips of jeans bought months to years ago?????? And then after paying monthly for cover they have the gall to tell me to get the police report! They have the case number and the police station so s traumatized and I still have to deal with this? why can’t they go apply for it! Do you have no understanding and compassion for what people go through when ******* invade their home? Come on .....

In any case, even if I had the till slips for the clothes, they would have faded within 3 to 4 months. So what would be the point? Is this another case of an insurance company trying to find all the reasons for not paying? Should I take my business elsewhere?
