iWyze don't even bother to reply - Customer Service is non-existent

This is my second poor review of iWyze - & I did not even get the courtesy of a response to my first one ! Shocking and pathetic service from them and I see that most of the other bad reviews are to do with the same subject - that is iWyze continuing to debit premiums even after cancellation and never processing the refunds, just giving excuse after excuse - if they even bother to reply. I would definitely never recommend them and will never use them again.
