iWyze does not want to pay for claim

iWyze does not want to pay for my claim. They gave me a verbal report based on the Snr Validator's assumption of what might have happened. I told him that it was lies. He refused to send me the written report. There is no transparency. He interviewed three people yet, he disregarded the facts given to him. Now they are saying they are appointing the on the road assessor, will the conditions be the same when that assessor goes to the road? Will all the cars that were the still be there?
