IWYZE DOES NOT PAY OUT PEOPLE'S CLAIMS!

I don't believe this,my aunt's house in Eastern was damaged because of very bad weather, the wind damaged her roof and windows and now she has no roof over her head...she insured the house with Old Mutual iwyze,but now Old Mutual is refusing to pay the claim...I'm so upset about this because my aunt's has been paying her monthly premium at all mutual and old Mutual promised that the claim response will done in 24 hours, but that's not true.She waited for a whole month at a neighbour's house, because she had no where to sleep, only to find out that Old Mutual iwyze refuses to fix a house that's damaged by natural causes!..where does Old Mutual expect her to stay?, where does old Mutual expect her to get money to fix such a damaged house...they promise people the world when they open these policy knowing that they will not pay out...or is because she's in Eastern Cape she's not worthy for the claim?
