iWyze ***** claim service

I submitted a vehicle accident claim and the person handling my claim is Zandile. I have worked long and hard to purchase the car cash. My car is repairable but iWyze wants to rob me of my car. I've tried talking to Zandile but she was rude and wouldn't listen to my request. She is demanding may car papers and ive also learned that iWyze has taken my car to an auction without my permission. I want a cash in leiu settlement so that i can fix my car for less, with a panelbeater of my choice. how hard can this be? All those insured with iWyze and those who are still considering joining iWyze should reconsider their position before they rob you as they done with me. Im not leaving this lying down, I'm taking you to the insurance ombudsman.
