Iwyze disgusting service

I don't know why people can't respond to calls and emails anymore. I have been a loyal customer for many years with Iwyze. However now that I need assistance, nobody will ever call you back and it's been over a month now. I receive calls from them when it's beneficial for them with regard to new business but every phone number has you waiting for over 20 minutes. Then they will check out the queries and get back to you but I don't know. I really hope that they know that all my emails are recorded conversations and reference numbers are legally binding. So should I not receive a response, any event that occurs will be iwyze liablity. I am being debited every month but sitting without a updated policy as changes were made but cannot even see the changes. Now we question the new rules of needing to have power surge protection and nobody's willing to give me answers. So until this is resolved, I guarantee that I will be covered in any event regardless of the event due to staff incompatence.
